How do I make a booking?

Use the search bar on our home page to send an enquiry. Our travel expert calls you within minutes with a quote — once you confirm, we issue tickets and email the confirmation.

Can I book for multiple travellers?

Yes. Add up to 9 passengers on a single booking. Larger groups should write to us at groups@flymyjourney.com for special fares.

Do I have to create an account?

No — you can complete an enquiry with just your mobile number. Creating an account lets you track bookings and re-use saved travellers and payment methods.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI on select credit cards.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified processors. We never see or store your card details.

Can I pay in instalments?

EMI on 3-12 months is available on bookings above ₹5,000 with most major credit cards.

Cancellations & changes

How do I cancel my booking?

Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp — our team will process the cancellation as per the supplier's fare rules.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds reach your account in 7-10 working days after the cancellation is approved.

Can I change my travel dates?

Most fares allow date changes with a change fee. Some non-refundable fares do not — we will tell you the exact rule before you change.
