Flights
Cancellation and refund rules follow the operating airline's fare conditions. Most economy fares allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure with a partial refund. Free 24-hour cancellation applies on tickets booked at least 7 days before departure.
Hotels
- Free cancellation rates: full refund if cancelled before the deadline shown on your booking voucher.
- Non-refundable rates: no refund, but you can usually transfer the booking to another date with a small change fee.
Holiday packages
Each package lists its own cancellation grid in the quote email. Typically:
- More than 30 days before travel — 90% refund
- 15 – 30 days before travel — 50% refund
- 7 – 14 days before travel — 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel — no refund
Travel insurance & Visa
Insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is issued. Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable; our service fee is refunded if the application has not been submitted.
How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email or write to support@flymyjourney.com. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after the cancellation is processed.
