1. Acceptance
By using Fly My Journey you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. Minors can travel only when booked under an adult's account.
3. Bookings and payments
- All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and an itinerary is emailed to you.
- Airlines, hotels and visa offices may change fares or availability without notice; we will notify you and process refunds if a confirmed booking is affected.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules vary by airline, hotel and product. Specific terms are shown before payment and detailed on our Cancellation Policy page.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, dates of birth and passport details — these cannot be changed once tickets are issued.
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) for the journey.
- Comply with airline, country and hotel rules.
6. Liability
Fly My Journey acts as a booking agent between you and the travel suppliers. We do our utmost to ensure quality, but we are not liable for service failures by airlines, hotels or transport operators.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of New Delhi.
